About Me

James was raised in Adrian and graduated high school with his Broker Ella. James went on to graduate from Central Missouri State University (UCM) with a dual major Management degree and a Marketing degree with an emphasis in economics, accounting, and finance. Upon graduation, James worked for Rent-a-Center until going to work for James B Nutter and Company in 1997. James was trained in default counseling, loan officer assistant, mortgage origination, title operations, closing loan officer, and closing documents. James has sold insurance, tires, cars, and now real estate. James enjoys learning new skills and sometimes working on whatever breaks. His wife Karen and their three kids live in Adrian.
